About the role
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams for Workday Advanced Compensation initiatives.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment, including enhancements and integrations.
- Remove impediments and support the team in resolving roadblocks.
- Track metrics and provide transparency into sprint progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to implement enhancements.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and deployment).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within HR technology programs.
- Experience managing Agile teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification: Workday Advanced Compensation required.
- Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Preferred: Experience with other Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting).
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project tools.
- Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Senior-level experience (role listed as Senior).
- Ability to collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
