About the role
- Help software development teams apply the Scrum framework
- Plan results, supervise team performance, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration; act as point of contact for external communications
- Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Report on iteration results to the Release Train Engineer and ensure project management tool (Azure DevOps) is up to date
- Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and support collaboration between separate Scrum Teams
- Support Planning Interval Planning through Story Point estimation and required tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, story point estimation, backlog refinement)
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Communication, supportive leadership and good organizational skills
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Preferred: At least 2 years’ experience in a Scrum Team
- Preferred: Familiarity with software development
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
