About the role

  • Senior Sales Operations Systems Analyst optimizing CPQ systems to support sales processes at Sphera. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • CPQ Ownership & Architecture: Own the end-to-end CPQ solution design, configuration, and performance, including product catalog setup, pricing logic, discounting rules, approvals, bundles, and templates
  • Systems & Process Support: Provide day-to-day support for revenue systems, especially CPQ and CRM (Salesforce), resolving issues quickly and managing user requests via ticketing systems
  • Sales Technology & Data Governance: Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure system configurations support lead-to-cash processes, sales playbooks, and GTM strategies
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement automation and process enhancements to reduce friction in the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM/CPQ system administration roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Apttus, or equivalent)
  • Strong Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience including configuration, reporting, objects, and workflows
  • Solid understanding of quote-to-cash processes and dependencies with Finance, Legal, and Product functions
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business users.
  • Preferred Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
  • CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent hands-on experience with CPQ configuration and modeling
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, subscription billing, and renewal workflows
  • Experience with integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft or middleware platforms.
