Responsibilities
Using your existing network and targeted outreach, you open up new collaboration opportunities for companies
You sustainably build a stable client portfolio and take responsibility for its ongoing development
You understand your clients' needs in detail and match them with the right experts
Personal engagement with companies — remote and on-site — to develop a deep business understanding
Close collaboration with the sourcing team to successfully fill projects
Careful documentation of all activities in the CRM system to ensure no information is lost
Management of your own sales process; working independently with KPIs, pipeline and forecast
You are responsible for managing your own projects and oversee them autonomously
Requirements
Several years of active sales experience in the IT freelancer / Experts on Demand sector (mandatory)
A solid network for deploying IT freelancers (companies and/or freelancers)
Proven sales track record and experience in acquiring clients
Willingness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches
Strong process and relationship management skills to win new clients and expand existing accounts
Professional conduct when working with demanding clients and experts
Fluent German and very good English skills
Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
