About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager overseeing IT freelancer partnerships for STI-Consulting. Building client relationships, managing sales processes, and collaborating with sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Using your existing network and targeted outreach, you open up new collaboration opportunities for companies
  • You sustainably build a stable client portfolio and take responsibility for its ongoing development
  • You understand your clients' needs in detail and match them with the right experts
  • Personal engagement with companies — remote and on-site — to develop a deep business understanding
  • Close collaboration with the sourcing team to successfully fill projects
  • Careful documentation of all activities in the CRM system to ensure no information is lost
  • Management of your own sales process; working independently with KPIs, pipeline and forecast
  • You are responsible for managing your own projects and oversee them autonomously

Requirements

  • Several years of active sales experience in the IT freelancer / Experts on Demand sector (mandatory)
  • A solid network for deploying IT freelancers (companies and/or freelancers)
  • Proven sales track record and experience in acquiring clients
  • Willingness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches
  • Strong process and relationship management skills to win new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Professional conduct when working with demanding clients and experts
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
