About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager with a focus on IT-Freelancer solutions, responsible for client development and project collaboration. Engage with clients both remotely and on-site to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

  • With your existing network and targeted outreach, you open up new collaboration opportunities for companies
  • You sustainably build a stable client portfolio and take responsibility for its further development
  • You understand your clients' needs in detail and connect them with the right experts
  • Personal engagement with companies — remotely and on-site — to develop a deep business understanding
  • Close collaboration with the sourcing team to successfully fill projects
  • Careful documentation of all activities in the CRM system so that no information is lost
  • Management of your own sales process, working independently with KPIs, pipeline and forecasts
  • You are responsible for managing your own projects and handle them autonomously

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on sales experience in the IT freelancers / Experts-on-Demand space (mandatory)
  • A reliable network for placing IT freelancers (companies and/or freelancers)
  • Demonstrable sales success and experience in acquiring new clients
  • Openness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches
  • Strong process and relationship management skills to win new customers and expand existing accounts
  • Professional manner when working with demanding clients and experts
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
