Responsibilities
With your existing network and targeted outreach, you open up new collaboration opportunities for companies
You sustainably build a stable client portfolio and take responsibility for its further development
You understand your clients' needs in detail and connect them with the right experts
Personal engagement with companies — remotely and on-site — to develop a deep business understanding
Close collaboration with the sourcing team to successfully fill projects
Careful documentation of all activities in the CRM system so that no information is lost
Management of your own sales process, working independently with KPIs, pipeline and forecasts
You are responsible for managing your own projects and handle them autonomously
Requirements
Several years of hands-on sales experience in the IT freelancers / Experts-on-Demand space (mandatory)
A reliable network for placing IT freelancers (companies and/or freelancers)
Demonstrable sales success and experience in acquiring new clients
Openness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches
Strong process and relationship management skills to win new customers and expand existing accounts
Professional manner when working with demanding clients and experts
Fluent German and very good English skills
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
