About the role
- Lead the identification of manual processes suitable for automation in collaboration with business teams
- Lead the development, deployment, and testing of RPA solutions (Blue Prism) and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor automated workflows post-deployment and help troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
- Drive the standardization of automation processes and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation for automations, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and process descriptions
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, lead QA processes, and support delivery of bug-free solutions
- Partner with internal stakeholders (IT and business units) to ensure automations meet business needs
- Support setup and monitoring of alert systems to detect performance issues
- Assess and improve automation opportunities and estimate development effort
- Create and maintain scalable RPA solutions and build Blue Prism automations according to CoE standards
- Drive RPA solutions through testing, change management, and production readiness; provide operational support and manage virtual workforce performance
- Work as an active member of a Scrum Agile team, participating in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Oversee execution of production processes in Blue Prism, manage robot scheduling, load balancing, and exception handling
- Lead hyper care activities post go-live and implement continuous improvements
- Mentor colleagues, develop technical documentation, and participate in peer reviews
Requirements
- Experience developing RPA Automations in Blue Prism (essential)
- Experience developing RPA Automations for ERPs (desirable)
- Experience developing for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Proven experience with stakeholder management and communication across diverse business functions
- Experience working in Scrum Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies
- Information technology degree, or equivalent qualifications and professional experience
- Blue Prism accreditation (desirable)
- Awareness of governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements in automation delivery
