Responsibilities
Define project charters, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with TMGM’s business and compliance strategy.
Assess project feasibility, budget, and resources.
Identify stakeholders across operations, marketing, IT, security, and compliance.
Develop detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
Set up governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures.
Define and manage budgets, vendor contracts, and resourcing models.
Establish data and security compliance checkpoints in project plans.
Lead cross-functional teams across CRM, data engineering, marketing, and security.
Manage integrations between CRM, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and internal apps.
Ensure that operational, marketing, and customer data workflows are delivered securely.
Track deliverables to ensure adherence to scope, time, and quality.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain project dashboards and executive reporting for real-time visibility.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes for system rollouts.
Ensure formal project closure, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
Validate that business, data, and security objectives were fully met.
Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new systems/processes.
Lead communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans.
Measure adoption and usage of new systems, adjusting strategies where needed.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in CRM, marketing data, and customer data workflows.
Drive automation and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Promote best practices in Agile delivery and hybrid enterprise frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
6–8 years of experience managing both large-scale transformation programs and smaller tactical projects.
Proven track record in CRM, customer/marketing data, and enterprise platform projects.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, ASIC, APRA CPS 234), and security frameworks.
Strong skills in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
