Requirements
2–3+ years of project management experience in fast‑paced environments — retail, hospitality, commercial, fit‑out, or any sector where speed and precision matter
Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the tempo
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to bring stakeholders along for the journey
A blend of autonomy, curiosity, and teamwork — comfortable working independently and contributing to a broader program team
Tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, property, architecture, or related disciplines
