About the role

  • Senior Project Manager managing high-profile ground-up retail-restaurant projects for Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. Leading contractors and vendors to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
  • Make confident, data-driven decisions to keep projects advancing and clients informed without requiring constant oversight.
  • Direct contractors, designers, and consultants with clear expectations and proactive communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks early, create contingency plans, and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee estimates, bids, and contract negotiations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility across all project components.
  • Monitor work for conformance with client standards, permitting requirements, and construction best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining transparency, responsiveness, and trust throughout the project.
  • Apply standardized reporting, documentation, and project management tools to ensure consistent delivery across programs.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, lessons learned, and program reviews to support continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to support repeat business and future growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 10-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ground up construction expertise, required.
  • Ground up restaurant/retail construction experience, highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated mastery in the skills of project management.
  • Experience self managing multi-site national construction projects from inception through close out.
  • Strong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, clients organization, contractors, and vendors.
  • Strong computer skills in Smartsheet, Procore, and MS Office.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
