About the role

  • Provide oversight for initiatives requiring project management impacting the Behavioral Health Product and Customer Success team
  • Develop relationships and ensure excellent service delivery to all customers
  • Work on complex projects that impact revenue
  • Participate as a member of the leadership team and act as a mentor to colleagues
  • Provide expert knowledge in project management while leading a team of administrative staff
  • Delegate tasks, coach, and guide the team to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Prioritize and complete projects identified by Behavioral Health leadership with focus on customer impact and revenue
  • Support and provide input around initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness within Behavioral Health or ComPsych
  • Create, maintain, and manage all content within Behavioral Health systems as central repository for policies, procedures, and educational resources
  • Lead and coordinate health fair season initiatives including logistics, materials, giveaways, and representation requests
  • Oversee and maintain ownership of the company’s online platform tool
  • Maintain the Customer Success department calendar, curriculum, and meeting operations
  • Manage activation of customer access delivery modalities (chat, online scheduling, waitlist scheduler, other systems)
  • Serve as owner, complier, and auditor for critical tracking tools including retention lists, upsell tracking, termination tracking, and account health records
  • Act as liaison to resolve system-related issues (inaccurate plan design, missing employee counts, mismatched records between systems)
  • Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships to drive key projects with minimal leadership support
  • Establish credibility with business leaders and act as subject matter expert on Behavioral Health product
  • Set expectations for project delivery, drive to 100% of deliverable dates met, and develop clear project plans
  • Mentor other project managers and support resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of project management experience required
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have strong critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a diverse group of people
  • High level of organizational aptitude and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
