About the role
- Project Manager in healthcare managing interdisciplinary projects in collaboration with medical and administrative teams. Focusing on project planning, management, and resource optimization.
Responsibilities
- Further development and continuous improvement of project management
- Close collaboration and coordination with the hospital’s core departments (medicine, nursing, therapy, administration)

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) and/or a degree in health sciences, nursing science, process management or a comparable qualification
- Experience in leading/managing projects
- Experience in implementing digitalization projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with people
- Strong affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Solution-oriented, structured and independent working style
