- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and communications;
- Establish governance and traceability processes, ensuring project compliance and auditability;
- Monitor KPIs and consolidate executive status and performance reports;
- Act as the link between technical and business areas, ensuring that deliveries meet end-user needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex digital projects;
- Experience with digital transformation and technology integration projects;
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in corporate environments;
- Proficiency in agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK);
- Project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence;
- Knowledge of integration processes, scope, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and communications;
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, or SAFe;
- Advanced English;
- Proactivity and resilience when facing technical and organizational challenges;
