About the role

  • HR Process & Project Manager overseeing HR processes and implementing automation for Applike Group. Leading strategic HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and globalize HR core processes including payroll and compensation structures
  • Implement automated solutions using no-code tools to enhance strategic initiatives
  • Research, vet, and implement new HR tools, managing from due diligence to team training
  • Own end-to-end initiatives like establishing global salary bands and compliance regulations
  • Support HR team during peak periods with hands-on approach to solve challenges

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, or comparable analytical field (e.g., Business Informatics)
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in improving HR process efficiency in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, HRIS, global payroll structures
  • Systems-first thinker with experience using AI and no-code tools for automation
  • Experience leading end-to-end projects with clear documentation and change communication
  • Professional fluency in English (C1 level) required
