  • Senior Project Management Specialist managing integrated security and fire protection programs for Boeing. Leveraging modern technology to enhance operational readiness and reduce risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end projects for security and fire capabilities with service-integration principles including standardized processes, single-pane operations, and service catalogs
  • Facilitate security technology solutions that enhance capabilities and support future-state operations
  • Establish, track, and report metrics for system health, operational performance, and business value
  • Use metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 (MS365) Teams, Planner, Project, SharePoint, Power Business Intelligence (BI) to run projects, manage documentation, automate workflows, and create dashboards for stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure security and fire resiliency, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
  • 1+ years of experience working in the private and/or government sector in security, fire protection, law enforcement, medical response, or emergency preparedness
  • 1+ years of experience developing and managing metrics
  • 1+ years of experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs
