About the role

  • Manage complex security projects and client relationships for Redbelt Security. Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverable quality through effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Hold meetings with the Operations team to align the initial scope of complex services and/or projects, mapping and reviewing requirements, project scope and other definitions to ensure internal alignment between executing teams and the service agreed by the Commercial area.
  • Hold initial meetings with Redbelt Security clients to align the scope of complex services and/or projects, requirements, activities for each phase, responsibilities, deadlines and other variables, ensuring alignment between the client and Redbelt Security's Operations teams.
  • Develop detailed plans for complex services and/or projects based on specific methodologies and the defined scope, structuring activities and ownership, deadlines for each project phase, meeting cadence and reporting frequency among other variables, producing a formal project plan for subsequent implementation management.
  • Monitor adherence to the execution schedule for complex services and/or projects at Redbelt Security clients through reports measuring deadlines and execution performance; evaluate and suggest improvements as the project progresses and propose corrective actions to meet the plan within the planned timeframe.
  • Monitor complex services and/or projects with respect to requirements, timelines, activities and quality, producing status reports according to the established cadence for control and intervention as needed.
  • Ensure that planned deliverables for each phase of complex services and/or projects are met in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality; assess results, identify deviations and propose corrective actions such as contingency plans and/or activity rescheduling to ensure delivery in line with the initial alignment.
  • Act as the interface between the Redbelt client and all teams involved in designing complex services and/or projects — such as Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, GRC, etc. — evaluating and recommending improvements to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and quality.
  • Provide status reports to clients according to the established cadence for stages of complex services and/or projects, based on the established schedule and using specific tools; intervene in critical cases and engage Redbelt Security internal teams for appropriate handling, aiming for project delivery that meets client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project knowledge and services delivered to Redbelt Security clients, organizing and documenting deliverables throughout service delivery to formalize project closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Project performance indicator management.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Knowledge of COBIT.
  • CSM or PSM certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management (traditional and agile methodologies).
  • Advanced English.
