About the role
- Lead Firewall Subservice roadmap and operations for an international commercial bank. Coordinate security, engineering, vendors and policy tools (Fortinet, Algosec) across hybrid cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Firewall Subservice roadmap in line with NSI strategy and security needs
- Manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely service improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams for robust, compliant firewall operations
- Act as main contact for stakeholders on firewall capabilities and performance
- Ensure alignment with related services (DDI, SIEM, Active Directory, cloud platforms)
- Coordinate with vendors and teams on tooling (Fortinet suite, Guardicore, COMFORT, Algosec)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Manager in network security or infrastructure services
- Strong understanding of firewall technologies (Fortinet stack preferred) and policy management tools (e.g., Algosec)
- Familiarity with microsegmentation, identity-based access control, and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience working with ITIL-based service management, RACI models, and KPI-driven reporting
- Ability to communicate in English (CV in English requested)
