- Act as the primary conduit between business stakeholders, customers, and agile teams
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap
- Lead the planning, grooming, and prioritization of features
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, and Agile Teams
- Conduct detailed business analysis and process engineering
- Continuously assess product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach junior Product Owners and team members
Requirements
- Deep understanding and practical experience of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficiency in business analysis and process engineering techniques
- Extensive experience working on software development projects
- Design Thinking experience
- Strong understanding of financial services products
- Strong problem-solving skills
