Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vacatia’s rentals and resales platforms; driving growth, efficiency, and trust across the core booking and resale ecosystem while aligning product priorities to business outcomes
Translate traveler, owner, and partner needs into seamless, high-performing experiences that increase booking conversion, expand supply, and improve monetization
Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Revenue teams – along with engineering, design, operations, data, and finance – to design and optimize acquisition loops, conversion funnels, dynamic pricing, and demand generation strategies that drive measurable growth
Leverage product, pricing, and experimentation to unlock new revenue streams, improve unit economics, and identify scalable paths to profitability
Connect Vacatia’s platforms with the broader travel tech stack – PMS/CRS, channel managers, ARI feeds, payments, and analytics – to ensure reliability and real-time availability
Define success metrics, run experiments, and leverage analytics to refine search, pricing, and conversion flows for both travelers and owners
Champion data-driven, customer-first thinking that modernizes how people buy, sell, and book resort stays – setting a new standard for transparency and trust in the vacation ownership marketplace.
Requirements
7+ years in Product Management with a proven record of shipping and scaling transactional web or marketplace products
Experience in online travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or e-commerce marketplaces (OTA, PMS/CRS, RMS/yield, ARI, payments, resale, or listing platforms)
Strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics, search and discovery UX, conversion optimization, and pricing strategy
Fluency in analytics and experimentation: SQL or similar, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and A/B testing frameworks
Experience integrating with travel tech ecosystems – channel managers, PMS/CRS, or ARI/RMS providers preferred
Exceptional product sense and UX craftsmanship; you can simplify complexity and design delightful, conversion-driving flows
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills; you can influence partners, present to executives, and align teams around a clear strategy
