About the role

• Product Owner responsible for advancing DMS product development and engaging with various stakeholders. Collaborating with teams to define requirements and oversee release processes at Accantum.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for our DMS.
• Maintain close contact with the management team and the sales team.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Maintain continuous communication with the product team.
• Develop and specify requirements as Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA, UI/UX and Architecture.
• Prepare Scrum ceremonies together with the Scrum Master.
• Own responsibility for product releases.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in software development, software consulting or product management.
• Experience working with Document Management Systems (DMS), ideally as a Product Owner, in DMS development, or in rollout projects and implementing customer requirements.
• Strong IT knowledge and a high affinity for data structures and process analysis.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and/or software development.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
