About the role

  • Conduct market research and create product roadmaps
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Develop and maintain 1–3-year category plans
  • Create and manage lifecycle plans for all SKUs
  • Incorporate a deep passion for customer experience
  • Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear product specifications
  • Engage with sales team and customers to prospect and grow customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and product development disciplines
  • Influential in nature, with the ability to build relationships cross functionally
  • Strong understanding of product costing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and hold cross functional team members accountable
  • The ability to travel based on business needs, including overnight travel
