About the role

  • Manage the full product lifecycle including sourcing, marketing, and new product development
  • Work with and train sales forces
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Visit vendors to develop products
  • Coordinate materials with vendors
  • Provide coaching and training to the product management team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
  • Review monthly financial performance and determine contributing factors
  • Prepare product forecasts
  • Analyze sales trends and competitive strategies
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to reduce Cost of Goods
  • Manage inventory focusing on eliminating surplus
  • Develop and deliver training materials
  • Conduct effective market research

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Pursuing an MBA degree to be completed by June 2026
  • At least 4 years experience in marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice in the healthcare industry
  • Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources
  • Experience collecting and analyzing financial data
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
