About the role

  • Setting and communicating the strategic direction for your product area, aligned with Numan’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Leading continuous discovery to understand patient needs, behaviour, and motivations through research, experimentation, and market analysis.
  • Owning the full product lifecycle from ideation and delivery through to iteration, optimisation, and scaling.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing clear priorities, context, and support to enable high-quality delivery.
  • Defining and tracking success metrics, with a focus on both patient outcomes and commercial performance.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and dependencies, ensuring timely and safe product delivery.
  • Communicating product progress and strategy to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at all levels.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive product culture, where creativity, curiosity, and accountability are encouraged.
  • Taking strategic ownership of a core product area focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for patients; guiding product strategy and execution; combining deep customer insight, rigorous discovery, and data-led decision-making to improve patient experiences and health outcomes.

Requirements

  • A proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.
  • Strong experience in developing and delivering product strategy, with an ability to balance user, clinical, and commercial needs.
  • Expertise in user research, discovery, and data analysis, using insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in managing complex products, with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to clearly articulate product thinking and influence across teams and senior leadership.
  • A considered, iterative approach to product development – comfortable adapting to new information and evolving priorities.
  • A thoughtful approach to patient safety, quality, and technical integrity in every stage of product development.
  • It’s a bonus if you have: Worked within a healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • It’s a bonus if you have: Experience with platform-based solutions or scaling healthcare technology.
