Requirements
A proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.
Strong experience in developing and delivering product strategy, with an ability to balance user, clinical, and commercial needs.
Expertise in user research, discovery, and data analysis, using insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
A collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams.
Experience in managing complex products, with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Excellent communication skills – able to clearly articulate product thinking and influence across teams and senior leadership.
A considered, iterative approach to product development – comfortable adapting to new information and evolving priorities.
A thoughtful approach to patient safety, quality, and technical integrity in every stage of product development.
