Responsibilities
Build and define the product backlog based on Business Cases (BCs) and expected outcomes.
Propose success KRs associated with your product to guide the development backlog.
Create and update business rules documentation.
Build BCs that demonstrate the expected outcome of an idea/hypothesis to be prioritized in Upstream.
Monitor the Upstream process end-to-end, ensuring your hypothesis was correctly implemented and is delivering the expected results according to the BC.
Monitor daily dashboards: NPS, sales funnels, product indicators, and squad metrics (Upstream/Downstream, Throughput, Lead Time, Incidents, Story Points) - Dashboard under construction.
Serve as guardian of agile rituals within the squad.
Lead inceptions and identify new solution opportunities.
Manage the opportunity tree in synergy with the triad.
Ensure product execution meets the defined requirements and deadlines.
Prioritize product evolution: fixes, foundation work and features together with squad TLs.
Act as the voice of the customer within the squads (visit customers, work with new product initiatives (NPs) and the commercial team, monitor insights from customer support teams).
Prepare materials for committees and other meetings.
Document learnings and evidence that may be useful for other solutions.
Communicate backlog progress and evolutions to stakeholders.
Monitor competitors, the market and customer visits to generate business insights.
Support mentoring and development of junior Product Managers.
Build synergy with stakeholders to drive product evolution.
Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, record and share learnings for product evolution.
