About the role

  • Own and evolve the data and insights roadmap to align measurement capabilities with business and technical goals.
  • Lead a vision for using data to shape platform priorities, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Establish and scale governance practices to ensure clean, consistent, and trustworthy platform data.
  • Audit, validate, and troubleshoot analytics implementations to ensure end-to-end data quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering complex web analytics and multi-stream insights.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Experience Platform Web SDK.
  • Proficient in APIs, Power BI, and data extraction from MongoDB and other data sources.
  • Expertise in data modeling, labeling, and metadata standards to support structured content and AI-readiness.
  • Strategic and collaborative leader skilled in translating business needs into scalable analytics infrastructure.
