About the role

  • Own and innovate the buyer experience for Clip's digital payment services, focused on bill payments and mobile top-ups
  • Define product vision and strategy for buyer experience and set product roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute and launch new products and enhancements
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and become expert on Mexican users
  • Create simple, intuitive, and reliable user experiences
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering (multiple global offices), marketing, and operations
  • Own key metrics, use data to inform decisions, and drive product growth
  • Serve as key product liaison with external bill payment and recharge partners
  • Work closely with international technology and business teams to deliver products for millions of users in Mexico

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience at a tech company
  • Direct experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or the Payments Industry (strong preference for bill payments, recharges, or user-facing payment products)
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international, distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or relevant experience
  • Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle, product roadmaps, and defining feature priorities
