- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals
- Actively contribute to product-level decision-making
- Consistently deliver work aligned with project goals
- Demonstrate sustained productivity and meet project deadlines
- Set an example for designers through mentorship and open feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience shipping high-utility mobile or desktop applications
- Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Self-motivated problem solving with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Strong interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills
- Strong work ethic, reliable, adaptable, and collaborative
- Ability to design within design guides and contribute to design language
- Expert knowledge of Figma and/or other design tools
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
