Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C or fintech/e-commerce domains.
Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with strong ROI.
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
