Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, setting up, managing, optimizing, and tracking online campaigns
Campaigns include paid ads — primarily via Meta, LinkedIn and Google
Creating reports and analysing KPIs using various analytics tools
Ongoing optimization of campaigns with respect to budget, quality, CPC, CPL, CPO
Market and competitor monitoring to identify new trends and develop recommendations for action
Direct coordination and independent scheduling with clients in the context of campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience as a performance marketing or campaign manager
Particularly proficient with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Matomo, Looker Studio
Familiarity with tools such as Tracify or Klar! is desirable
Very well organized, independent, and remains calm under pressure
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
