About the role

  • Marketing Manager developing and implementing marketing and PR campaigns for live events. Seeking team-oriented individuals passionate about concerts and shows in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of target-group-oriented marketing and PR campaigns (focus on offline marketing)
  • Contribution to layouts, coordination of external graphic service providers, and checking print files
  • Writing attention-grabbing copy: ads, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Maintaining media contacts, actively researching and building new partnerships
  • Creating and managing media plans as well as budget administration
  • Cooperation with ticketing platforms in the implementation of promotional measures
  • Monitoring, clipping analysis, and regular reporting

Requirements

  • A university degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, or PR
  • Experience in campaign planning and brand communication
  • A strong sense for storytelling, copywriting, and design
  • Familiarity with the media landscape and a good network—or willingness to build one
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Confident use of MS Office, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
