About the role

  • Own sales partner engagement and top-of-funnel engagement for technical integration, leading initial discussions and assessing business and technical needs.
  • Conduct technical and business discovery to align partner requirements with the most suitable integration path.
  • Closely collaborate with local go-to-market teams to prioritize the (potential) partners to engage with
  • Utilize API documentation and testing tools to validate partner integration readiness and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Develop structured integration roadmaps, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to implementation.
  • Build and optimize the partner onboarding process, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration for more complex integrations
  • Track and analyze partner engagement metrics and collect qualitative feedback from partners as an input for product development.
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams in terms of technical integrations, ensuring alignment and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years experience in Partner Development, Technical (Pre-)Sales, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations, authentication flows, and SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, troubleshooting, and technical discovery with partners / B2B customers
  • Proven experience in B2B partner engagement, negotiations, and technical integration discussions.
  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple partners and timelines effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partner conversion / engagement metrics.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory), with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Openness to travel frequently (1-2 times per month within Mexico and/or LatAm)
