Own sales partner engagement and top-of-funnel engagement for technical integration, leading initial discussions and assessing business and technical needs.
Conduct technical and business discovery to align partner requirements with the most suitable integration path.
Closely collaborate with local go-to-market teams to prioritize the (potential) partners to engage with
Utilize API documentation and testing tools to validate partner integration readiness and troubleshoot basic issues.
Develop structured integration roadmaps, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to implementation.
Build and optimize the partner onboarding process, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with other Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration for more complex integrations
Track and analyze partner engagement metrics and collect qualitative feedback from partners as an input for product development.
Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams in terms of technical integrations, ensuring alignment and long-term success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
7+ years experience in Partner Development, Technical (Pre-)Sales, Product Development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, authentication flows, and SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience with API testing, troubleshooting, and technical discovery with partners / B2B customers
Proven experience in B2B partner engagement, negotiations, and technical integration discussions.
Project management skills to coordinate multiple partners and timelines effectively.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partner conversion / engagement metrics.
Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory), with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
Openness to travel frequently (1-2 times per month within Mexico and/or LatAm)
