Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience as a senior Executive Assistant supporting executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a strong sense of autonomy and ownership
- Experience managing an office and day-to-day operations
- Proven ability to navigate shifting priorities and support multiple stakeholders with confidence
- Skilled in event planning, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, and internal communications
- Strong project management skills, balancing multiple initiatives and stakeholder needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools
- Comfortable handling data management, reporting, and basic budgeting or expense tracking
