Responsibilities

Provide daily release preorder tracking reports on a timely basis.
Place, track & communicate Artist Accommodation Orders w/Artist Management & Official Artist Stores.
Perform regular QA checks on active web stores to ensure proper shop functionality, marketing copy, and merchandising.
Proactively manage music and merchandise inventory levels across all stores and alert appropriate team members when product needs to be replenished.
Compile and provide various sales and inventory reports to relevant stakeholders as needed.
Liaise with international territories for creation of localized stores and programs, ensuring that all international territories have information they need to replicate various product offerings and campaigns.
Execute Weekly Consumption Reporting for Artist Management Teams.
Manage Account Plans & Recaps of Priority Projects.
Update key UMG controlled playlists at Top Partners.
Perform quality control of Commerce details for new release solicitation information.
Maintain B2B website assets, uploading artwork and other info for new releases
Gather & execute Business Review & Departmental Presentation Decks in PowerPoint.
Compile Weekly Commerce submissions for Divisional email blasts.
Order and maintain promotional items and manage mailing of items to key accounts.
Requirements
Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)
Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
