About the role
- OTA or nursing professional in full-time or part-time role at Klinikum Bremen-Nord, assisting in surgeries and ensuring patient care in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Vorbereitung der Operationseinheit vor und nach inkl. benötigter Instrumente und Geräte
- Sterile und unsterile Assistenz bei Operationen
- Sicherstellung der fachgerechten, patientenorientierten Versorgung vor und während der OP
- Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten mit allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im OP
- Mitwirkung im Qualitätsmanagement und bei der Gestaltung von Abläufen und Prozessen im OP
- Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung sowie der Einhaltung von Hygienestandards und des Medizin-Produkte-Gesetzes
Requirements
- Operationstechnische/r Assistent/in (OTA) oder Pflegefachkraft
- dreijährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau, Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in bzw. Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
- Teilnahme am Schicht-, Ruf- und Bereitschaftsdienstsystem
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- kollegiale, praxisorientierte Ausbildung des Berufsnachwuchses im OP
