Support the design and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the growth and adoption of the Neurosurgery product portfolio.
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end execution of new product launches and emerging indications within the cranial and spinal procedural spaces.
Develop comprehensive launch plans by country, including internal readiness, external communications, inventory allocation, and pricing structure implementation.
Coordinate, support and monitor the implementation of sales and surgeons training programs on new and existing products and procedures.
Coordinate and manage trade show activities LATAM, global society events, and locally hosted customer programs to maximize visibility and lead generation.
Lead the development, updating, and enhancement of creative brand messaging and marketing collateral (print materials, digital assets, presentations, white papers).
Support the execution of integrated marketing plans, including ideating and initiating paid social media campaigns, managing website content development, and utilizing digital tools for tracking and promotions.
Requirements
Computer, Industrial or Biomedical engineer or professional in health care careers with magister in marketing.
At least 3 years of experience working in sales/marketing in multinational or huge companies preferably witch support to global teams.
Native Spanish and fluent English, nice to have Portuguese
Nice to have knowledge at Power BI, excel, PP, AI, sales force.
Willing to travel Latam and USA, Visa for USA available.
