Lead and manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment, while mentoring a culturally and gender-diverse team and preparing compliance documentation, models, and insights to support integrated transfer pricing solutions.
Requirements
At least 6–7 years of transfer pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment, with strong drafting skills and the ability to apply facts to transfer pricing legislation and advise clients on implications.
Demonstrated capability in synthesising complex information and data sources to deliver clear, well-informed recommendations; strong commercial acumen with awareness of legal, economic, environmental, and political factors influencing transfer pricing.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly; committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, AI tools, and Bloomberg; holds relevant qualifications such as an Economics, Accounting, or Legal degree, CPA or CA designation; financial services experience preferred but not essential.
