Sr. Manager Legal providing legal and strategic advice for American Tower's operations in the CAS subregion. Leading contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with local regulations in Chile.
Responsibilities
Manage contact and negotiation with high-level executives and legal directors of ATC’s clients across CAS, with focus on Chile Market, and maintaining the day-to-day relationship.
Partner closely with the Sales Directors, Key Account Managers and Account Managers to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions.
Identify legal risks and opportunities in new business initiatives and provide actionable guidance to enable growth.
Develop, advice and review all types of revenue-generating agreements with clients.
Draft, negotiate and execute master lease agreements, and civil and commercial agreements, with the objective of safeguarding the interests of the company and minimizing risks per applicable laws as well as ATC’s internal policies.
Requirements
Local Law degree. LLM in commercial or corporate law preferred.
Expertise in corporate law, contract drafting and negotiation, and with preferred updated knowledge of the current legislation on telecommunications, administrative, municipal and any other business-related applicable rules.
Experience spearheading projects with no supervision.
At least 10 years of work experience in a multidisciplinary top tier law firm or in similar management positions in multinational companies with preference to telecom related companies.
Bilingual, English & Spanish is required.
