Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts
  • Conduct thorough investigations
  • Draft legal documents
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
  • Work closely with clients to provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance during litigation

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in California
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Compassionate approach to client representation.
