About the role

  • Senior Manager driving scalable growth by enhancing go-to-market and sales enablement activities in Fidelity’s DC Innovation Product Area. Collaborating across product, marketing, and sales teams for effective client acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct E2E analysis of acquisition processes from marketing to sales to implementation
  • Support acquisition partners (product, marketing, analytics, sales, and sales support) to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • Partner with acquisition team members and marketing leaders to develop compelling and effective go-to-market assets
  • Partner with acquisition team members and sales leadership to increase win rate and reduce drop off between commitment and implementation
  • Identify and track metrics that matter across the E2E acquisition journey

Requirements

  • Identify and document business requirements, current and future states, and provide constructive feedback for future process improvements
  • Clearly communicate issues and feedback with team leaders and resolve in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and the ability to act as a ‘jack of all trades’
