About the role

  • Manage office facility operations and occupancy budgets
  • Direct construction or reconfigurations of corporate and divisional office/kitchen projects
  • Plan and direct construction and renovation of various facilities nation-wide
  • Administer contracts related to construction, relocation, and vendor services
  • Ensure compliance to Facility Standards and conduct site visits for improvements
  • Review, authorize and process related invoices for all projects

Requirements

  • Familiarity with reading architectural plans and construction documents
  • Knowledge of security, HVAC, building and ADA codes, as well as furniture systems
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, supervisory, project planning, financial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions exercising independent judgment
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
  • Minimum AA Degree
  • Certifications: Certified Property Management Certificate; Certified Facility Management Certificate preferred
