Responsibilities
Drive business adoption and enable the people side of change for Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives
Prepare change management plans including communication, training, coaching, and resistance management plans
Collaborate with GBS leadership and project teams to support change initiatives
Coach managers and project teams in driving change and building capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of progressive change management experience
Experience in a GBS organization or related corporate function (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain is highly desirable)
Certified as change practitioner, ideally PROSCI or equivalent is highly desirable
Knowledge of project management methodologies would be a plus
Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery
