Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive change management experience
- Experience in a GBS organization or related corporate function (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain is highly desirable)
- Certified as change practitioner, ideally PROSCI or equivalent is highly desirable
- Knowledge of project management methodologies would be a plus
- Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery
