Client Accounting Specialist responsible for managing financial aspects of clients' portfolios. Work closely with finance management to ensure best practices in billing and collections.
About the role
- Develop relationships with a range of market-leading clients
- Lead teams to deliver accounting solutions that cut through technical complexity
- Provide comfort over the accuracy of disclosures during global debt and equity transactions
- Support Australian corporates through periods of change driven by increased stakeholder and regulator demands
- Identify key issues and risks early in the deal lifecycle and provide global capital markets advisory
- Engage directly with high profile clients to solve complex problems
- Implement accounting solutions and financial reporting improvements within clients' finance systems and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting advisory or similar role
- Strong understanding of global capital markets and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification (CPA/CA) preferred
