Responsibilities
- As Accounting Lead (m/f/d) – part-time, you ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial processes at Klim
- By building and further developing robust accounting processes, control mechanisms, and compliance structures for our international markets, you secure Klim's financial stability

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1, written and spoken)
- Willingness and ability to take substantial responsibility for Klim's financial processes
- Based in Berlin or the surrounding area
