Requirements
5 – 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant
Experience as team member in process blueprinting, digital transformation in a global setup
Experience in design/ implementation of automation solutions
Familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred
Insurance or Financial Industry experience preferred
Experience in business process modelling preferred
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English orally and in writing
Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
MBA from a premier business school
