About the role
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of associate-level consultants
- Develop & execute a strategic hiring plan
- Lead joint sales calls with associates
- Guide associates in developing effective prospecting strategies
- Act as a primary resource for associates on complex deal structuring
- Lead and direct the team to identify and pursue prospects
- Guide the team in designing innovative treasury management solutions
- Maintain relationships with LOB & TM Sales Leaders
- Oversee the team's portfolio of clients
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of financial services experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- At least 5 years of treasury management experience
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience preferred
- At least 7 years in-depth to advanced treasury management experience preferred
- In-depth to advanced treasury management product knowledge preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional designation or equivalent certification preferred
