About the role
- Senior IT Governance Analyst at YDUQS responsible for mapping and modeling IT processes. Collaborating with teams to enhance performance and streamline governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Map, model and review end-to-end IT processes using Bizagi or similar BPMN tools.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and validate processes.
- Manage the IT value chain, ensuring visibility of steps, inputs, outputs and process performance indicators.
- Conduct process maturity assessments and propose improvements and automations in collaboration with technology and business areas.
- Define and monitor indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, compliance and process evolution.
- Maintain the process repository up to date, ensuring version control, adherence to standards and traceability.
- Support the promotion of a continuous improvement and process-oriented culture within IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Solid experience in mapping and modeling IT processes (BPMN).
- Knowledge of modeling tools such as Bizagi or equivalents.
- Functional understanding of the Technology area and IT processes.
- Experience with ITIL, COBIT or other IT governance frameworks.
- Analytical ability to identify bottlenecks and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Certifications in BPM, ITIL, COBIT or Lean Six Sigma will be considered a plus.
