Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire influencer booking process – from scouting and negotiation to performance analysis.
You independently manage monthly budgets (starting at approx. €20,000) and scale them to multiples during peak sales periods.
You bring structure to existing growth efforts – ensuring we scale influencer marketing faster and more effectively.
You plan and execute large-scale, sales-driven influencer brand activations on Instagram, TikTok & other platforms.
You optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs such as ROAS, reach, conversion, and AOV.
You track and report results – deriving clear recommendations for budget allocation.
You continuously test new creators, channels, and formats to steadily improve our outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance-oriented influencer marketing, ideally within D2C, health, and/or supplement industries.
Proven experience independently managing campaigns (25+ bookings per month) and overseeing budgets from €20,000.
Highly structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented – you enjoy analyzing ROAS and identifying efficiency gains.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and focused on achieving goals and results.
Hands-on and autonomous – you drive projects to completion without long approval loops.
Passion for social media and health topics – you know which creators and trends are rising before the briefing call starts.
Native-level German and confident in English.
