- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Betreuung unserer Influencer:innen und Creator:innen
- Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben im Talent Management (z. B. Terminabstimmungen, Mail-Kommunikation, Briefings)
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Kampagnen (Deadlines tracken, Content-Abnahmen vorbereiten)
- Unterstützung bei Events (Organisation & Koordination, Vor-Ort-Support, Creator:innen-Betreuung)
- Pflege von Daten, Übersichten und Reportings (z. B. in Excel oder internen Tools)
- Hilfe bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen, Aktualisierung von Media-Kits und Vorbereitung von Angeboten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Sales, Redaktion und Social Media
- Einblick in die Abläufe einer wachsenden Influencer-Agentur im digitalen Medienumfeld
Requirements
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Influencer Marketing, Social Media und der Creator Economy
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Social-Media-, Marketing- oder Agenturumfeld
- Strukturiertes, zuverlässiges Arbeiten und gutes Organisationstalent
- Sichere und freundliche Kommunikation – schriftlich wie mündlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) und Canva
