About the role

  • Oversee apartment operations including handovers, inspections, and vendor coordination.
  • Be the key person for furnishing new units.
  • Manage relationships with contractors (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, transportation) and ensure quality delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest and landlord issues, resolving problems quickly.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Sales, CX, Market Ops).
  • Handle office operations and administrative work.
  • Serve as the operational backbone between guests, landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in property management, operations, or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with landlords, guests, and vendors.
  • Excellent at task management, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Quick decision-maker in time-sensitive situations.
  • Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented personality
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Driver’s license is a plus.
