Responsibilities
- Supports off-shore program initiatives related to procurement activities
- Manages planning, development and implementation of various projects and initiatives
- Leads calls, own projects and deliver results for off-shore initiatives
- Coordinates new reviews and onsite assessments with vendors and the business
- Assists with drafting contract items, including MSA schedules
- Maintains project lists across vendors and prepares monthly program dashboards
- Follows program performance across vendors and tracks against SLAs
- Coordinates action plans or business continuity plans
- Completes other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ related experience
- Knowledge of pertinent spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Experience interacting effectively with all levels of personnel
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience preferred
