About the role

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer building web applications for score4more, a sustainability-focused platform. Contributing to product development, customer feedback incorporation, and cloud-native backend.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure setup, and enhance deployment processes.
• Develop APIs, create scalable event-driven systems, and integrate third-party services.
• Support embedding data analytics and AI/ML models into the platform.
• Work closely with designers for an intuitive UI, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain clean, test-driven code.
• Participate in hiring, mentor new team members, and foster a strong tech culture.

Requirements

• Full-Stack Expertise (6+ years): Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React for front-end and Python for back-end development.
• Data & AI/ML (3+ years): Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban for efficient project management.
• Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks, libraries, and scalable architectures.
• Containerization & DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Test-Driven Development: Committed to writing clean, structured, and well-tested code.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Keeps up with industry trends, contributes to open-source, and embraces change.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Works effectively in remote-first, distributed teams with a collaborative mindset.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to grow into a technical lead role, fostering team development.
